(hennemusic) Food & Beverage Magazine has officially renamed Jack & Coke as "The Lemmy" in honor of late Motorhead legend Lemmy Kilmister. The rocker - who died from cancer at his Los Angeles home on December 28 - joins the ranks of Arnold Palmer, Bellini, Shirley Temple and Tom Collins as a name brand for his favorite drink.

"We are honored to represent the industry and bring the moniker, "The Lemmy" to every bar in the world!", says Food and Beverage Magazine Publisher Michael Politz.

"Owning a rock club with Anthrax's Scott Ian and Alice In Chains' Jerry Cantrell gave me the chance to meet Lemmy and experience his legend myself." Motorhead fans recently launched a petition to have the drink renamed to The Lemmy, with more than 40,000 signatures on board. Read more here.
