(Radio.com) The ongoing drama between Kesha and her record label Sony may hit a fever pitch Tuesday: Fans intend to protest the label outside the New York State Supreme Courthouse.

To recap the drama between the artist and her label: Kesha is seeking freedom from her existing record contract because it, in effect, will require her to collaborate with Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, who she has alleged has abused her.

"We're protesting at the courthouse to drive home that Sony needs to listen to more than 107,000 petitioners who want to save Kesha's career and human rights," protest organizer Michael Eisele said, according to The Huffington Post. "Pop music fans are sending a clear message that they won't stand for Sony's completely unethical and inhumane treatment of a woman who was brave enough to speak up about sexual abuse."
