The Mission Crowdfunding 30th Anniversary Album
.
(Classic Rock) The Mission have launched a PledgeMusic pre-order campaign for their upcoming 30th anniversary album. The Pledge campaign is offering those who pre-order a raft of exclusives, including a 2CD/DVD deluxe edition of the as-yet-untitled record, t-shirt packages, a visit to the rehearsal studio and handwritten lyric sheets. Wayne Hussey and co are currently working on the follow-up to 2013's The Brightest Light and recently revealed they were once again working with producer Tim Palmer. He was behind the desk for the band's 1986 debut album God's Own Medicine and 1990's Carved In Sand. Singer and guitarist Hussey recently hinted to TeamRock that the band would move away from the rawer sound of The Brighter Light. Read about that here.
