Filter Cancel Show Following Death Threat
.
(TeamRock Radio) Filter cancelled their show in Gothenburg on Monday night after they received a death threat. They scrapped their gig at the Sticky Fingers venue in the Swedish city while on tour with Combichrist. A representative of the band reportedly tells TMZ that last week's shooting of 22-year-old singer and former contestant on The Voice Christina Grimmie and the terrorist attack in Orlando played a factor in the group's decision. The band say: "Filter just received a death threat at the club tonight. We will not be performing." In addition, Combichrist, who were due to issue a new music video this week, say they've postponed its release in light of the US shootings. Read more here.
