(Radio.com) Taylor Swift is back from vacation and immediately got back to work making her fans smile. She joined Ryan Seacrest in Nashville at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Together, they opened a new recording studio for young patients to use for making music, interviews, and other creative audio. This is the tenth studio Seacrest's foundation as unveiled at a children's hospital, and Swift was in tow to help cut the ribbon.

"What I saw when I went there was an opportunity for the kids to find excitement and to express their creativity and to learn about what it is to create content, whether you would like to make your own radio show or whether you want to record," Swift told the crowd. "It was so exciting to see the excitement that it brought to this one hospital."
