(Radio.com) Music duo The Chainsmokers released their new EP Collage today (November 4th), along with their brand new single "Setting Fires," which features XYLO.

The EDM track builds to a big bass drop even while the subject matter stays firmly in somber territory. "Why's it easier to burn than it is to heal?" XYLO˜ poses in the opening verse, turning philosophical momentarily before the duo unleash the more pleasurable rhythmic side of the track.

"Setting Fires" isn't quite as up-tempo as The Chainsmokers' big single "Closer," but it manages to convey the emotion which made that track so popular. "I can't keep you from harm/ But I'm set on fire to keep you warm/ I can't go on and on/ Setting fires to keep you warm," she sings on the chorus, which builds into a synth effect that weaves and wends around her voice.
