Red Hot Chili Peppers Add New Leg To North American Tour was a Top 3 story on Tuesday: The Red Hot Chili Peppers have expanded their forthcoming North American tour with the addition of a new spring leg that will add 27 new concerts to the massive trek. The newly announced dates will be kicking off on April 12th at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC and will conclude on June 30th in Chicago at the United Center. The spring leg will following their winter outing which is scheduled to begin on January 5th at the AT&T Center in San Antonio and wraps up on March 18th in Vancouver, BC at Rogers Arena. The veteran band will be launching the tour in support of their chart topping album "The Getaway" which claimed the top spot on the Billboard Album Sales Chart upon release (the chart that reflects actual real sales).
