(Radio.com) Chris Stapleton can now add 2016 American Music Association Artist of the Year to his growing list of accomplishments. The award was presented to him by fellow country stars, Wynonna Judd and Sam Palladio. Jason Isbell won album of the year for his records, Something More Than Free. He received the award from his good friend, legendary Americana figure John Prine. King George (Strait) was on hand to present Jim Lauderdale with the coveted Wagonmaster Award.
