Lin-Manuel Miranda Teams With Weird Al For 'Yoda' Performance

(Radio.com) Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda has made no secret of his Star Wars fandom, and neither has Weird Al Yankovic. It was only a matter of time before the pair joined forces to perform one of Al's Star Wars parody songs, and that time came last week at New York City's Radio City Music Hall. Before an audience that included Tina Fey, Miranda and Yankovic performed "Yoda," posed backstage and bonded on Twitter over their love of George Lucas' fictional universe. The Tony-winning Broadway icon couldn't contain his enthusiasm after the show: "1) In 9th grade I sat in an upper box of the Beacon with @AlexSarlin & Emily Pinkowitz & we screamed 'Yoda!!'"
