Kurt Cobains Complete Journals To Hit Book Stores this Fall.

As we reported back in Feb, Courtney Love
has granted a publisher the rights to make her late husband, Kurt Cobains
journals public in book form. An official release date for the book has
been set. Kurt Cobain: The Journals will be released by Riverhead Books
on November 11th.
Riverhead Books co-editorial director Julie
Grau recently told Billboard that the full color book will be presented
as a replica of his notebook pages.
We have excised any thought of editorial
intrusion. This is pure, unadulterated, Kurt Cobain, said Grau of the
forthcoming book.
In total, Cobains journals reportedly
consist of 800 pages and this new book will contain every page taken from
23 notebooks that include his writings and drawings. According to Amazon.com
the list price of the volume will be $26.95 but they are taking preorders
for the book for just $18.87.
