Janes Addiction Returns

The long wait for Janes Addition fans is
almost over. The band featuring Perry Farrell, Dave Navarro, Stephen
Perkins, their new bassist Chris Chaney will return to the road at
the end of this month.
The group will perform a couple of U.S.
dates, including a New Years show in Los Angeles, before heading over
to New Zealand and then Australia in mid January.
The bigger news is the group plans to release
their new studio album next summer. The album, tentatively titled Hypersonic,
is being produced by Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, KISS, Alice Cooper) and is
expected to hit stores next summer.
No word yet on a supporting summer tour
or the possible resurrection of the Lollapalooza tour.
