The autopsy revealed that cocaine caused a contraction of Entwistle's coronary arteries, which the Coroner�s office said had already suffered significant damage due to heart disease.
On June 27th, Entwistle was found dead in his hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, just one day before he was to begin a North American tour with The Who.
