System of a Down plan to release outtakes from the Toxicity sessions because sixteen unmixed tracks leaked out to fans via the web and showed that the fans are hungry for more music from the group. �We are gonna release some of them, mixed the way we would actually put them on an album," bassist Shavo Odadjian told MTV at a California music festival this past week. 

The band initially was upset over the leaking of the tracks since they were not mixed properly but they seemed to have changed their perspective now. "It's all good," said drummer John Dolmayan. "Fans want new music. We're the same way. We have bands that we like, and whether they release it or not, we're interested in hearing new material from them. It's not a really good representation from the band, though, but if fans like it, more power to you."

Linkin Park opt for �Reanimation�. 

In the let�s milk this cow for all she�s worth department Linkin Park plan to release an album of remixes from their best selling �Hybrid Theory� album. The new disc titled �Reanimation� will hit stores on July 29th. 

For the remixes the groups sought out a little help from their friends as the album will include contributions from members of Korn, Deftones, Dilated Peoples, Staind and more. Apart from the remixes the album will also feature some b-sides and previously unreleased tracks. 

The make things a little different that band has renamed some of the tracks that originally appeared on �Hybrid Theory�. The new spellings won�t make the group�s former English teachers happy, for example �Crawling� will now be remixed and released as �Krwlng�. It's tr00!
