Get ready Red Hot Chili Peppers fans, EMI/Capitol
Records are about to reissue remastered versions of the first four RHCP
albums and are loading them up with extras.
The reissues will be in stores on January
28th.
Reissue Details:
Red Hot Chili Peppers (originally
released in 1984)
Extras include demo versions of "Get Up
and Jump," "Police Helicopter," "Out in L.A.," "Green Heaven," and
"What Is It (a.k.a. Nina's Song)"
Freaky Styley (originally released
in 1985)
Extras include demo versions of "Nevermind"
and "Sex Rap" and a previously unreleased instrumental version of "Freaky
Styley"
The Uplift Mofo Party Plan (originally
released in 1987)
Extras include previously unreleased demos
of "Behind the Sun" and "Me & My Friends"
Mother's Milk (originally released
in 1989)
Extras include previously unreleased versions
of "Knock Me Down," "Salute to Kareem," and "Higher Ground" plus live cover
versions of Jimi Hendrix's "Crosstown Traffic" and "Castles in the Sand."
