U2 also plans to include two new songs on the compilation: “Electrical Storm” and “The Hands that Built America”, the latter is said to also be included in the upcoming Martin Scorsese film, “The Gangs of New York”.  The compilation will also include non-album singles such as "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me" and “Miss Sarajevo” and remixes of  "Discotheque," "Gone," "Staring at the Sun," and "Numb".

The new album initial release will include a limited edition bonus CD, “The Best of the B-sides” that will feature additional remixes and rare songs including a cover of the Beatles, “Happiness Is a Warm Gun”.  

In December the CD will be followed up with a DVD release. The DVD will include music videos, live performances from the groups 1997 concert in Sarajevo accompanied by a short documentary of that concert titled “The Road to Sarajevo”.  Some of the music videos will include commentary tracks from the video directors.
