The band once again enlisted the help of Brendan O'Brien to produce this record. O'Brien has produces such artist as Pearl Jam and Stone Temple Pilots as well as RATM's Evil Empire. He is also slated to mix the new RATM record.  

Fans should expect the song "Broken" to be included on the album. RATM debuted the new song during their set at Woodstock '99.
