Ryan Adams joined John Mayer onstage for a surprise performance of Adams' classic Heartbreaker track 'Come Pick Me Up" during the concert at The Forum on April 21st.
Mayer sang the second chorus and provided backing vocals throughout the performance. Whenever Adams went into a harmonica solo, Mayer would match him with a guitar jam. Check out some fan footage

Now, in advance of the album's Friday release, the group has released the silky, soulful cut "The Apprentice." It contains guest appearances from English singer/songwriters Rag' n 'Bone Man and RAY BLK and rapper Zebra Katz.
Earlier this month, Gorillaz released "Let Me Out," which features Pusha T and Mavis Staples. And on April 20, the group released its first video interview on YouTube, with band members Damon Albarn and Hewlitt voicing the animated musicians 2-D and Murdoc. The band and Demme are most notably known for their collaboration on Talking Heads concert film Stop Making Sense. In the letter, Bryne praised Demme's generosity throughout the project.
"He and producer Gary Goetzman made us in the band feel included; they wanted to hear what we had to say. That inclusion was hugely inspirational for me," he wrote. "Though I had directed music videos before, this mentoring of Jonathan's emboldened me to try making a feature film."Read more
