Marty Friedman Plots New Live Release- The Osbournes- System of a Down's Serj Tankian Doing Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown- Hawthorne Heights- more

Former "Rust In Peace" era Megadeth guitarist Marty Friedman have revealed this his performance at Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral in Mexico City on April 14th as part of Guitarfest 2018 will be recorded for a new live album.

The sixth episode of The Osbournes podcast has been released. Here is the synopsis: "Kelly agrees to join Jack and Ozzy on Season 3 of World Detour but forgets that also means her brother is now her boss. Sharon explains how she juggles her life managing Ozzy and her job on The Talk. The lovely Melinda Varga, the pride of Australia, Sharon's longtime assistant and personal confidant, pops in to discuss (reluctantly) what it's been like working for a crazy family for two decades, as well as her feelings about getting pooped on, which seems to go with Osbourne family territory." System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian is set to appear in an upcoming episode of Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown where he is a tour guide Bourdain, taking the host through his homeland of Armenia, according to Loudwire. Read more here

Hawthorne Heights have released a stream of their new song "Starlighter (Echo, Utah)". IT comes from the band's upcoming album, "Bad Frequencies", which is due out April 27 Listen to the track here.

Beartooth guitarist Taylor Lumley has left the group after 5 years. He explains, "I quit Beartooth today to focus more on my life and my art. I love all the dudes in our band and crew like family and there was no ill will at all. Thank y'all for loving me through this chapter of my life, and encouraging me to love myself. I'll be back?"

X Japan have special plans for Coachella. During their Mojave Stage headlining performance they will be joined on stage by holograms of former members Hide and Taiji, and other special guests.

Dierks Bentley Announces New Album 'The Mountain'

Country music star Dierks Bentley has announced that he will be releasing his ninth studio album, which will be entitled "The Mountain" on June 8th.

Bentley co-wrote 10 of the 13 new tracks featured on the effort and began conceiving the new music while visiting the Rocky Mountain resort town of Telluride, Colorado.

He explains, "I found myself there, constantly reaching for my guitar. It was like a gravitational pull. That town and those people just make you want to be creative, I couldn't describe it. I was like 'How do I tell everyone in Nashville this is what I want to write about?' I realized I couldn't bring it back, so I had to take everyone out there." Read more here.

Zayn Follows Up Dusk Til Dawn With 'Let Me' Video

Former One Direction star Zayn has released a music video for his brand new single called 'Let Me'. The track will be featured on his forthcoming sophomore solo album.

Zayn conceived of the new video working with director and producer Jose Padilha (Narcos, Robocop). It co- stars actor Steven Bauer (Scarface, Breaking Bad).

The new clip is the the sequel to Zayn's 2017 MTV Best Video award winning 'Dusk Til Dawn', a track that featured Sia. Watch Zayn's new visual here.

Vance Joy Releases 'Saturday Sun' Video

Vance Joy has released a new music video for his latest single "Saturday Sun". The song comes from his recently released sophomore album "Nation of Two".

According to the announcement, "the video was directed by The Young Astronauts and stars a suited-up, corporate version of Vance Joy, who finds himself daydreaming on the job."

His weekend memories of finding new love collide with his boring daily work routine, blending his colorful imagination into reality. Watch a stream of the video here.
