I'm a total Iffy groupie--and so's my boyfriend! We actually live down the street from Dave Pederson (bummed that you quit the band, Dave!!!) Iffy is brilliant, they jazz june (as Langston Hughes would say) and they're fantastic live. Last week I had to take a long walk where the bus doesn't go, so I put Biota Bondo in my walkman and I covered those miles so fast, I felt like I had on seven-league boots. Several drivers looked at me like, "What's this white chick doing, bopping down the street with big smile on her face in this neighborhood?" I'm spreading the word about Iffy!

Iffy Rocks my world! I wish I could've gone to see them in Indiana but alas! Oh well. I've got my copy of Biota Bondo (which I play at max volume and drive around with my windows open so everyone else can enjoy it too ;-) whether they want to or not) so I can console myself, but oh well. But yes, Iffy just has the best mix of styles out there. What can I say? never even seen them in concert (which, I hear, is quite a show) and already I'm a total fan. on a scale on 1 to 10 they get an 11 from me, just cause I can't quit dancin' no matter which song is playing!
