Fans of Sepultura and Finger Eleven are
going to love these guys. Crossbread delivers aggressive nu-metal set against
Caribbean and techno beats. It's in this yin and yang heavy to soft
that gives their music it's appeal. At times they sound like Sepultura
and others like Marilyn Manson or Finger Eleven and it makes for some interesting
chemistry. The best part about this CD is the band knows how to mix it
up, each songs stands on it's own merits, it's not yet another collection
of songs that all sound the same. If you are into industrial metal you
will find a lot to love here, and if you're a fan of the aggressive style
of Sepultura you should also find many aspects of Crossbread appealing.
