Kesha Appealing Dr. Luke Ruling

(Radio.com) Pop star Kesha is appealing the key ruling in her legal proceeding against producer Dr. Luke. The Hollywood Reporter obtained the legal document which states:

"Plaintiff seeks reversal of the Order on the following grounds. First, the Court erred in basing its decision on its finding that Kesha could record without interference from Gottwald.

Although it recognized that 'slavery was done away with a long time ago' and that '[y]ou can't force someone to work ' in a situation in which they don't want to work,' the Court's ruling requiring Kesha to work for Gottwald's companies, purportedly without his involvement, does just that." 1990s Boy Bands Fight Zombies In New Movie 'Dead 7'

Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter penned the script for the zombie-meets-western film, and he invited his fellow Backstreet Boys' A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough, along with NSYNC's Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick, and members from 98 Degrees and O-Town to help him ward off zombies.

"In the wild west, to fight the undead you have to resurrect 90s boy bands," the movie's tagline reads in the official trailer. Dead 7 airs April 1st on SyFy. Watch the trailer here.

Justin Timberlake Raises More Questions With New Studio Photo

(Radio.com) Justin Timberlake sparked rumors that he was working on a new album when he posted a picture in the studio with Pharrell on March 18th. That rumor train keeps rolling after he posted another photo on Instagram Monday (March 21st), revealing he was in the studio writing music with Little Big Town.

Timberlake snapped a pic with two of the band's four members, Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman, in the background. He explained in the caption, "NBD Just writing with@littlebigtown This band is the truth!! So good!!!!" It looks like Timberlake is breaking his own studio rule, which jokingly included "No Snapchapping, no Instabamming and no Swittering."

What exactly he's working on remains to be seen. It could be two different albums, one country and one pop, or one big super album with a mish-mash of genres. Timberlake's long-time producer Timbaland said he would be open to making a country album with the artist, but Pharrell's studio visit throws a pop kink into that country idea. See the posts here.
