Gwar Apologizes To Anselmo
Blabbermouth reports: GWAR frontman Dave Brockie (a.k.a. Oderus Ungurus) has issued an apology for his scathingly negative comments about former PANTERA/current SUPERJOINT RITUAL singer Phil Anselmo and his girlfriend Kate. Brockie's statement, as sent to BLABBERMOUTH.NET by Adrenaline PR, reads as follows:

"I want everybody to know that this past weekend I personally apologized to both Phil and Kate for the erroneous, vicious, and inflammatory remarks recently made by myself. That s*** about Phil trying to score dope on the bus happened at least eight years ago and is ancient history. Kate has always been just our friend and never anything more (though she hates me now, I'm sure). The only reason I vomited forth such crap is because I felt my band was under attack. Since talking to Phil over the weekend I realize that, too, was bulls***. I was goaded by the press and lashed out in anger, falling totally into a trap. In doing so, I hurt some people I really love and respect.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
