Lennon Vs Punk
Contact Music reports: JOHN LENNON's son SEAN tried to start a fight with a punk rock bassist during an appearance at Britain's ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES festival this weekend (ends24APR05). 

The son of the BEATLES legend, who was joined by his mother YOKO ONO at PONTIN'S holiday resort in England's Camber Sands, took exception to the JAYNE COUNTY AND THE ELECTRIC CHAIRS bassist because he was sporting a stereotypically punk hairstyle.

The Game Sued
MTV reports: Less than one month after his alleged involvement in an assault on two men at a Lanham, Maryland, hip-hop radio station, Compton rapper and former G-Unit clique member the Game was formally charged with assault and battery. The charges were filed on 

February 14 by Prince George's County prosecutors, who'd been investigating the incident. 

The Game's legal woes don't end there, though. Late last week, Stephanie Moran and Gregory Watson, lawyers for alleged victim Kwasi Jones, filed a civil action naming the Game (whose real name is Jayceon Taylor), rapper 50 Cent and the record labels of Dr. Dre (Aftermath Entertainment) and Eminem (Shady Records), seeking $280 million in damages for not only the assault, but intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. Ozzy Drugged Sharon
Blabbermouth reports: Ozzy Osbourne secretly drugged wife Sharon with hallucinogenic narcotics, she has claimed, according to FemaleFirst.co.uk. 

Sharon says when she was trying to give up drugs, her husband crushed up a variety of addictive chemicals � determined the pair kept on living the rock 'n' roll lifestyle � and put them in her food without her knowing. 

She said it caused her to hallucinate and smash up the couple's family home.

AP reports: ABC will air a news special examining what the network called "explosive" allegations about the hit TV talent contest "American Idol." 

The hourlong "Primetime Live" report by anchor John Quinones is scheduled for 10 p.m. EDT Wednesday, May 4.

Crisis Find Drummer
Blabbermouth reports: CRISIS have begun the songwriting process for their next album with drummer Justin Arman (ex-SOCIETY 1). The follow-up to last year's "Like Sheep Led to Slaughter" (The End/Children Of Rage) is not expected to be completed until early next year. Iommi Release
BW&BK reports: TONY IOMMI, the legendary BLACK SABBATH guitarist, will release his new album, Fused, on July 12TH via Sanctuary Records. This will be Iommi's third solo album. 

Joining Iommi on Fused is former DEEP PURPLE vocalist/bass guitarist Glenn Hughes and former JOHN MELLENCAMP drummer Kenny Aronoff, who has also played sessions with the likes of the ROLLING STONES, BOB DYLAN, ROD STEWART, ALICE COOPER, BOB SEGER, LYNYRD SKYNYRD and countless others.
