IOL reports: Kelly Osbourne is in trouble with Animal rights activists for dying her pet dog's fur bright pink. 

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) members, insist colouring her bulldog Piglet's coat in human hair dye poses a threat to the pooch's health.

Abdul to Sue?
soundgenerator reports: Did she or didn't she. The question at hand is did American Idol judge, and former pop star Paula Abdul have improper dealings with former contestant with Corey Clark. 

ABC News seem to think so, which could land them with a lawsuit imminently if it proceeds with an hour-long TV special 'Fallen Idol' next Wednesday (May 3).

Oasis Vs Franz & more
NME reports: LIAM GALLAGHER has hit out against the entire UK music scene in an exclusive and explosive interview with NME. 

In the current issue of NME, out nationwide today (April 27), the singer has attacked Franz Ferdinand, Bloc Party, Keane and Pete Doherty. 

Speaking about Franz Ferdinand singer Alex Kapranos, Gallagher said: "He reminds me of f***ing Right Said Fred. You put on 'I'm To Sexy For My f***ing Thing' next to their records and I bet you any money it's the same person. It's the same f***ing person! He's just gone on the Atkins diet and grown his hair! siN's metal news reports: What will undoubtedly be a "must see" tour this summer, SYSTEM OF A DOWN is confirmed to headline its first major U.S. tour in three years, it is announced today. While specific dates are being confirmed and will be announced shortly, the band will kick off a two-month trek in early August that will see them playing arenas in major and secondary markets throughout North America. Santana Sued
E! reports: Working for Carlos Santana was a religious experience for one man. 

Unfortunately for him, he wasn't religious enough. 

That's the gist of a wrongful termination lawsuit brought by Bruce Kuhlman, a former employee of the Grammy-winning guitar god. Kuhlman claims in an Apr. 13 filing that he was fired by Santana and wife Deborah because Kuhlman was not very "enlightened," according to Reuters. Reuters reports: Matchbox twenty frontman Rob Thomas makes Billboard 200 history this week, becoming the first male artist from a pop or rock group since the chart's inception in 1955 to bow at No. 1 with his debut solo effort.

 "... Something To Be" (Melisma/Atlantic) sold 252,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan, to put it at the head of this week's chart. NME reports: QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE's JOSH HOMME has said that the band's new video for 'IN MY HEAD' reminds him of Italian porn. 

The band are currently shooting the promo for the new single this week and the theme of the video is reportedly similar to the pixelated look of The White Stripes' 'Fell In Love With A Girl'.

Reuters reports: Eclectic hip-hop outfit the Roots are eyeing a February 2006 release date for their next Geffen studio album, "Game Theory."

"Last August, the attorneys for KISS obtained an injunction against the sale of counterfeit KISS merchandise and seized bootleg videos of KISS concerts that were being offered for sale at a KISS Expo in North Carolina. Our attorneys (Ray Scott and William Randolph), following up on that seizure, obtained last week a permanent injunction against defendant Roy Damm and damages awarded to Kiss Catalog of $7,000,000, plus attorneys' fees.
