The SHAKE YA ASS rapper, who is currently behind bars for sexual battery, is charged with two counts of not filing his tax returns for 1998 and 1999, when his gross income was $824,915 (GBP458,286) and $930,953 (GBP517,196), respectively.
Mystikal, real name MICHAEL TYLER, faces up to a year in prison on each count if he is convicted, reports Allhiphop.com.[see full story for more]
