..Jedbangers: As far as I know, you were playing with other musicians. Brent Muscat, for instance.

Steven: "Yeah, Brent Muscat was in the band, Robbie Crane, Keri Kelli and also another jackass singer, I don't remember his name. I didn't like him very much. Not a good singer."

Jedbangers: Are you talking about the guy who recorded your EP [Jizzy Pearl; ex-LOVE/HATE, RATT]?

Steven: "Yeah. If I would've known anyone who sang like that, I would've gotten someone else before we record that EP]. I'm serious. I didn't like him very much. Not a good singer, not a good person and he can kiss my ass. I didn't like that guy."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Motley Tour a Joke
Blabbermouth reports: Regarding KILLING JOKE's stint as the opening band for MÖTLEY CRÜE on the U.K. leg of their tour in June 2005, bassist Paul Raven said, "The MÖTLEY CRÜE tour was a f***ing joke and we hated it. There was problem after problem and a whole bunch of bulls*** from the business end to get through that made the whole experience pretty draining all round. We overcame adversity and 'kicked ass,' as those morons would say. Always got time for [Nikki] Sixx, he's a true geezer with low end to spare, but the rest can go hang. Our crew excelled and CRÜE's stage crew were accommodating, but the headaches outweighed the fun, and as usual, that usually means destruction and chaos in return from our end culminating in MÖTLEY's manager getting knocked out in London. Well done that, man! We drank a lot and went f***ing mental non-stop, ending up in London with debts and a hangover like you wouldn't believe." Bizkit Goes Limp
Audio Aggression reports: In its first week out, Limp Bizkit's latest release back in May, "The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1) (a collection of seven songs with a full-length album's price tag) sold 37,000 copies, according to SoundScan, a dismal showing compared to first-week totals of "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water" (1,055,000), "Significant Other" (635,000) and "Results May Vary" (325,000).

So what happened? Did Limp's label give up on them? It's not an inconceivable thought in an industry known for being cutthroat. Fred Durst explained below to MTV.com"

"I'm the main one in the band right now trying to go anti-everything," he said. "I feel like radio and television are selling so much sh-- these days and that sh-- is not who I want to be," he continued, quoting almost word-for-word the opening lines to "The Channel," the fifth track on the latest album. "I don't even care if you get it; it's clear that we're not a part of this, and I don't even want to be a part of it. 'Cause I was a part of it, and getting your intentions out and having it be clear and seeing the heart in it, that's not what it's about in that field."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
