(punkbands) According to Virgil, owner of Suburban Home Records & Distribution, eBay.com unjustly shut down his company's "Ebay Store." eBay accused Suburban Home of selling a "mod chip" for video game consoles, which was actually a music DVD featuring Darkest Hour, Throwdown, Beloved and others. After requiring the label to fax information, etc, eBay told SH their store would be back up within five days. That was almost 14 days ago.
