(blabbermouth.net) Longtime metal journalist and Shockwaves magazine editor Bob Nalbandian has released the following announcement to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:

"I am saddened to report that Rick Scott Crocco passed away on the morning of December 3, 2006 in his home in Salt Lake City, Utah. The cause of death is undisclosed. Rick was the original guitarist for the Orange County, CA hard rock band EDEN, who released their debut self-tiled album in March of 1986 on the Enigma/Restless label. Rick received critical praise as virtuoso guitarist and was often compared to the likes of Paul Gilbert, whom he had graduated from G.I.T. with in 1984.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
