. (FMQB) After yesterday's news that Eliot Spitzer has expanded his payola investigation to include radio ownership groups, Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) has sent a letter to his fellow senators, calling for hearings on payola. Feingold asks Commerce Committee chairman Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AL) and ranking member Sen.
