The individuals and corporations, including Home Depot, were added to a massive complaint originally filed in July 2004 on behalf of survivors of the fire and relatives of those killed. The plaintiffs allege negligence and carelessness by the defendants led to the deaths and injuries of the Feb. 20, 2003 fire.[see full story for more]
