New Jacko Sex Case
Gigwise reports: Pop star Michael Jackson is facing new allegations over child abuse after a 20 year old filed a complaint claiming Jackson has molested him as a child.

The young man has also alleged that Jackson forced him to have cosmetic surgery and stole his ideas for songs between 1987 and 1999.

A lawyer for the unnamed man said: : "It is alleged that my client was present at Michael Jackson's residences and other places from the age of two to 14 and was molested many times over the course of those years.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

punkbands reports: A witness to a fight involving about 100 people at a show in Pennsylvania is telling police that two people who got stabbed in the melee are members of rival skinhead groups. Police are investigating the incident and as of tuesday no arrest has been made.

Gorgoroth Rape Update
Blabbermouth reports: GORGOROTH guitarist Infernus was convicted of aggravated sexual assault but was cleared of the more serious rape charge by a Norwegian court on Monday (Jan. 9). 

Tiegs (real name: Roger Tiegs) and a friend (whose identity has not been revealed by the Norwegian media) were found guilty of raping a 29-year-old woman last year. They were both sentenced to three years in prison. On Monday, the court of appeal upheld Tiegs' friend's rape conviction, but found no evidence to support the rape charge against the GORGOROTH guitarist. Korny Deal
Audio Aggression reports: Korn partnered EMI last year and now have signed a similar deal with concert promoter Live Nation, a division of Clear Channel Communications, where the three entities will "share in the results of the band's overall career" and will be "incentivized financially and creatively" to work with Korn's management, The Firm, to "take a long-term approach to building the Korn brand." According to the New York Times, the terms of the agreement Live Nation will pay the group $3 million in return for an estimated six percent of the band's future earnings.
