(Blabbermouth) SYSTEM OF A DOWN guitarist Daron Malakian has told Gary Graff of Billboard.com that he is in the process of forming and writing songs for SCARS ON BROADWAY, which will start operating in earnest once Ozzfest wraps in mid-August.
