. (CMJ) Ten finalists for the sixth annual Shortlist Music Prize have been announced. Band of Horses, Beirut, Bonnie Prince Billy, Cat Power, Girl Talk, Hot Chip, Joanna Newsom, Regina Spektor, Spank Rock and Tom Waits were selected from an initial list of 60 artists by a panel of judges that included KT Tunstall, Sufjan Stevens, Franz Ferdinand and CMJ's own Rev.
