Beyonce Nude Mishap
antiMusic reports: The good news for Beyonce Knowles is that sex sells. The bad news is that her breasts are now available for viewing on the internet. Beyonce was simply trying to promote her new clothing line but she inadvertently gave the audience an eye full. This according to a Contact Music report.

It's being billed as an accident, (or is it a wardrobe malfunction?) but it could also be called an ironic way to promote a clothing line by accidentally removing said clothing. It all happened when Beyonce took to the stage at a launch party for her clothing line at the Dereon in Toronto, Canada, according to Contact Music.

Hundreds of fans were on hand to witness Beyonce perform and during an a dance routine her blouse reportedly lifted up and exposed her bare breasts to the audience. Video of the mishaps is now making the rounds on the web. We won't link you directly to a site showing it but if you are industrious you can find one if you can sort through the insane amounth of spam site - listings

Van Halen Angers Fans With Anthony Snubs
antiMusic reports: Van Halen fans were ecstatic when the band announced that they will be returning to the stage this fall with their original frontman David Lee Roth. Some fans were disappointed that original bassist Michael Anthony will not be a part of the reunion with Eddie Van Halen's son Wolfgang taking his place. That disappointment turned into anger when Anthony's image was replaced with Wolfgang on album artwork posted on the band's website. Although, the original images were quickly reinstated, now fans are angry that Anthony is being written out of the band's songwriting history.

A fan wrote us with the following: "On every single Van Halen song (with exception to the three new songs on the Best of Both Worlds compilation, ) credits have always gone to Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, Michael Anthony, and the lead singer who is featured on the song (Roth/Hagar/Cherone). However, during the credits of the film 'Superbad', which features the song 'Panama', the song is only credited to the two Van Halens and Roth! Anthony continues to get snubbed by his former band as they attempt to erase him from the history of the band."

We looked a little further into this and discovered that Anthony has been removed from the credits for all of the songs from the band's Diamond Award winning album 1984 in the ASCAP database.- more on this story

Faith Hill Vs Ball Grabbing Fan
Hecklerspray reports: When you're famous, people think that they own you - or, more specifically, they think they own your husband's balls, as Faith Hill realised when a female concert-goer got all grabby on her husband Tim McGraw's nicknacks.

When a ballsy female concertgoer reached out and grabbed Tim McGraw's nether regions Saturday at the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana, his missus [Faith Hill] told the errant fan in no uncertain terms that that sort of behavior is frowned upon in them there parts

"Somebody needs to teach you some class, my friend," a finger-wagging Hill told the woman. "You don't go grabbin' somebody else's, somebody's husband's balls, you understand me? That's very disrespectful!"

There are a couple of catches. First you will only find digital AC/DC through Verizon VCast Music service for PCs. And you can't pick and choose which songs you want, you have to buy the full albums at about $12 each according to Billboard. KISS Star Hospitalized with Heart Trouble
antiMusic reports: "Better Hide Your Heart... Cuz there's trouble tonight". KISS had to play as a trio last month after Paul Stanley had heart trouble. The masked rocker suffered what is known as tachycardia where the heart beats at an unusually high rate. In Stanley's case it was beating twice as fast as normal.

"My heart spontaneously jumped to 190 plus beats per minute, where it stayed for over an hour necessitating paramedics to start an IV and give me a shot to momentarily stop my heart and get it into a normal pattern," Stanley wrote on his site. The American Heart Assoc lists a normal "at rest" heart beat as between 60 and 80 beats per minute.

The full band was scheduled to perform at the Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, Ca but during rehearsals Stanley suffered the heart trouble causing the band to perform without him, as doctors advised Paul that going on the show would be dangerous. - more on this story

Keef Admits Snorting Dad's Ashes
antiMusic reports: Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has admitted that he did in fact snort his father's ashes, thus doing an about face from his previous denial of the deed. However, he states that he didn't mix his fathers remains with cocaine.

"What I found out is that ingesting your ancestors is a very respectable way of... y'know, he went down a treat," Richard reportedly says in a new magazine interview according to UK music site Gigwise. The story caused controversy when it first broke with Richards issuing a denial but he has now changed his tune and offered up a correction to the widely reported claims that he mixed his fathers remains with cocaine before having a toot.

"The cocaine bit was rubbish. I said I chopped him up like cocaine, not with. I'd opened his box up and said, 'Jesus, I've got to do something with dad, y'know, plant the oak tree.' I pulled the lid off and out comes a bit of dad on the dining room table. I'm going, 'I can't use the brush and dustpan for this'. So you just gotta like, put it together."- read teh Gigwise report

Pearl Jam Vs AT&T
antiMusic reports: Pearl Jam are a bit miffed at AT&T Blue Room for censoring part of the live webcast of their performance at Lollapalooza. Curiously absent from the webcast were portions of the performance of the band's anti Bush rant "Daughter".

AT&T claim it was a mistake, CMJ contacted them for comment and were told that a webcast editor mistakenly took the portions out due to their policy of censoring excessive language due to their all-ages audience.

"This, of course, troubles us as artists but also as citizens concerned with the issue of censorship and the increasingly consolidated control of the media," Pearl Jam wrote in a statement on their website. Then again they shouldn't be surprised by the corporate action since they were performing at a festival that has become more and more corporate as the years go by. - Read more about the band's anger and AT&Ts response at CMJ

50 Cent Promises To Retire
antiMusic reports: 50 Cent has made the world a deal we simply can't refuse! Half a buck says that if Kanye West's new CD sells more than his then he will take his ball and go home. So we finally have a legitimate reason to buy a Kanye album.

Both rappers will commemorate the brutal terrorist attacks on the US this September 11th by dropping their new albums on the public. In the past, Fiddy has logged more sales than Kanye, who was once pictured as Jesus on the cover of Rolling Stone, but some are predicting that the new CD "Graduation" from the biggest ego in popular music (a.k.a. Kanye) may just outsell pocket change's CD "Curtis". So Fiddy laid it all on the line and promises to quit his solo career if Kanye's "Graduation" sends him back to the 1st grade. - more on this story

She then jumped up on stage and punched the man in the face in an attempt to stop him from singing the song, said the police report according to Gigwise. The 21-year-old woman was then dragged outside and went crazy punching a bar employee in the face twice.- more on this story

Against Me Cafe Brawl
antiMusic reports: It started out as such a nice a gentle punk rock evening. The lead singer of Against Me! and his girlfriend had stopped at a cafe for a spot of tea and ended with the singer smashing another patron's head against a counter. And it was all over a little extra commentary applied to an article about his band.

Tom Gabel had just ordered his tea and walked into the rest room when all hell broke loose according to tallahassee.com. Seems Gabel found an article about his band pinned to the wall. Instead of saying for a good time call, someone had defaced the article with obscenities, which angered him greatly. So he tore down the article and tossed it into the emo basket (trashcan). Another patron asked Gabel why he had torn down the fine altered article and according to the victim's friend a shouting match ensued between the singer and the victim before escalating into violence.

Gabel reportedly then knocked the cup out of the hand of his questioner, Jared Smith. Smith told the police that Gabel proceeded to grab him by the neck and forced his head into the wooden counter before a man entered the cafe, headbutted Gabel and put him into a headlock. The mysterious crime fighter exited before the police showed up.

According to the New York Times, Ticketmaster chairman Terry Barnes and CEO Sean Moriarty sent a memo to employees announcing, "Live Nation has been a valued client for a very long time and we believe we've taken every reasonable step possible to facilitate a renewal, but they seem intent on a direction for their business that leaves us no viable way to work together."

The two parties have been negotiating a renewal of their agreement that expires at the end of next year. A sticking point was reportedly how the two sides would split the excessive monopoly customer rape charges a.k.a. service and convenience charges. - more on this story
