The rocker was arraigned on misdemeanour charges of drug possession and driving under the influence of drugs yesterday (04JAN07), following his arrest last month (15DEC06).
Police spotted Anastasio's vehicle weaving across a rural road and pulled him over. During a quick search of his car, they found quantities of prescription painkillers and an anti-anxiety drug that had not been prescribed for Anastasio.[see full story for more]
