Net Radio Reprieve

(TuneLab) SoundExchange executive director Jon Simson yesterday testified before Congress that SoundExchange will not enforce the new royalty rates for Internet radio stations.

Webcasters will stay online while new rates are being negotiated. Otherwise, most small webcasters would have had to shut down this coming Monday.
