Blabbermouth reports: PAPA ROACH drummer Dave Buckner is not on the road with the band at the moment due to what a press release called "personal matters," and singer Jacoby Shaddix checked in to give Launch the straight story. "Dave, he went to rehab and went to go clean his act up 'cause he was out of his f***ing mind," Shaddix explained. "We were kind of tripping for a minute, but we were like, 'You know what? Ozzfest Rape Arrest
Blabbermouth reports: Illinois' DailySouthtown.com reports that bail was set at $35,000 for a Crest Hill man accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman at the Ozzfest concert in Tinley Park last year.

Patrick Miller, 33, was arrested Friday (April 27) and charged with one count of criminal sexual assault, Tinley Park police said today. 

Miller is accused of sexually assaulting the woman as she was leaving the concert at the First Midwest Amphitheater in Tinley Park on July 16, 2006, police said.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Sugababes Assault
BBC reports: Sugababes singer Amelle Berrabah has been arrested over allegations she assaulted an 18-year-old woman in a Guildford bar on Saturday night. 

Surrey Police confirmed a 23-year-old female was arrested following an "incident in a bar".

Saosin Singer Hospitalized
punkbands reports: Cove Reber of alt rockers Saosin was rushed to hospital minutes after leaving the stage at London's Give It A Name festival over the weekend. Reber began to vomit profusely and was urgently treated for gastro-intestinal problems.- Click Here for the Full Story

GNR Sued
TMZ reports: TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed in a New Jersey court against the members of Guns N' Roses, claiming they have not paid the logistics company hired for their 2006 tour. 

Starlift Logistics alleges they were hired to provide transportation and touring services for the band by Black Frog touring and LL Management -- both companies that arrange touring on behalf of Guns N' Roses. Starlift also supplies sets, stage production items and musical instruments. 

According to the court document, founding members Axl Rose, Dizzy Reed and others owe Starlift over $107,000 in unpaid bills. [see full story to read the documents] - Click Here for the Full Story

Shadows Fall Join Sounds of the Underground
PR reports: Technical metal pioneers Shadows Fall have been added to this year's Sounds of the Underground Tour. The band will play the final co-headline slot, alternating with already announced bands Chimaira and Every Time I Die and headliners GWAR.

Shadows Fall vocalist, Brian Fair states, "It is going to be another summer of insanity for the boys in Shadows Fall and we couldn't be more stoked. Not only are we looking forward to partying with our friends in Darkest Hour, Every Time I Die, Chimaira and Gwar, but also to check out some killer music at one of the summers most diverse festival tours. Contact Music reports: Security at the Los Angeles Forum were called in to protect METALLICA stars JAMES HETFIELD and LARS ULLRICH [sic]when the rockers were almost mobbed at a Heaven + Hell concert last week (25Apr07). The duo were spotted by rock fans at the sound desk just before Black Sabbath offshoot Heaven + Hell took to the stage. Website Blabbermouth.com reports Hetfield and Ullrich were chatting to Alice In Chains star Mike Inez when fans spotted them and swarmed. One fan says, "Word got out and they were almost mobbed. Jam! reports: Courtney Love, widow of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, says she plans to sell most of his belongings. 

"I'm going to have a Christie's auction," Love, 42, tells Spinner.com. "(My house) is like a mausoleum." 

"My daughter doesn't need to inherit a giant ... bag full of flannel ... shirts," says Love, former frontwoman of the rock band Hole. The Explosion Implode
punkbands reports: After nearly nine years of rocking and rolling with you all, we The Explosion have decided to disband. We would like to thank each and every one of our fans who have supported us through this time. We made some great friends along the way, a few mistakes, but all and all we had one hell of a great time doing it. Thanks again!
