Biffy Clyro return with new single "A Little Love," their first new music since their #1 album A Celebration of Endings and its companion project The Myth Of The Happily Ever After. The trio recently introduced the track to a huge audience during their main stage set at Radio 1's Big Weekend and it has just been premiered as Radio 1's Hottest Record. Listen to "A Little Love" HERE.
Recorded with producer Jonathan Gilmore, "A Little Love" is Biffy Clyro - Simon Neil (vocals/guitar), James Johnston (bass) and Ben Johnston (drums) - in their most gloriously uplifting mode. Its effervescent tones, dramatic synth stabs and heavyweight grooves establish the band's renowned blend of grit and melody, but it soon takes flight with a soaring, sky-bound hook that's as instantly infectious as any of their big hits. It's the perfect soundscape for lyrics which celebrate love in all its forms, and especially the realization that you don't always know what you have until it's gone. (continue)

The Chris Slade Timeline have released a lyric video for the track "Time Flies" from their new album "Timescape". The former AC/DC drummer had this to say about the track and video:
Chris Slade discusses the new video and song, "Time Flies, the song and the video was originally envisaged as a sort of sonic experiment. I only had the vaguest idea of a melody, but I knew I wanted the end of the lines to be repeated in echo. I'd demo'd half the song with Mike Clark (keyboards) help before I thought, 'This needs a chorus'. (continue)

Tesky recently released their debut album, "White Wolf", and to celebrate we asked them to tell us about the title track. Here is the story:
This song was written from a dark place of uncertainty. My wife had just been diagnosed with cancer, and had started treatment that was essentially destroying her. Just prior to her diagnosis, we had bought a wolf hybrid puppy that proved to be an extremely difficult animal to train. The line, 'the white wolf is stalking me', in the chorus, came from something my wife said as she broke down in tears, overwhelmed from the treatment as the wolf puppy was trying to play with her. The song as a whole, is about the terror and irresolution of all we were facing. Subsequently, my wife has made a full recovery, and is in full clinical remission, so we are daily thanking God for the outcome. (continue)
