The band was scheduled to play a gig with The Exploited on Tuesday night but members of both groups were denied admission to Canada after background checks turned up "serious criminality" in the past for three of the members and also that four members provided false information to authorities, this according to Robert Gervais, a spokesman for the immigration service.
Choas feels that he and his group were singled out by authorities for extra scrutiny due to their appearance, "We have blue hair and Mohawks and stuff," he told National Posts Graeme Hamilton via a phone interview.
"I'm totally pissed off about it," Mr. Chaos said. "I told the [Immigration officer] there were a whole lot of kids coming to see us. Canadian government Immigration is, in my opinion, responsible for the riots."
"I don't think a country should have the right to pry into people's pasts. There should be a law against that," he added.
Seems he feels "exploited".
