A more positive sounding album then the group's sombre 2002 effort (), 'Takk�' contains much of the surrealism and abstraction usually associated with most of Sigur Ros' music. The first single "Glosoli" and its accompanying video were released this past fall.
The U.S. tour begins with a February, 6th appearance at Portland, ME's State Theatre and concludes at the end of the month at Fort Worth's bass Performance Hall. Full tour dates are listed below:
