Jacko Verdict To Be Broadcast

(antiMusic) Michael Jackson's fate in now in the hands of the jury who will resume deliberations on Monday. The media won a victory on Friday when CNN reported that Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville will allow an audio broadcast of the reading of the verdict.

Sources told the cable network that the judge would allow an audio feed from the courtroom when the jury's judgment is handed down. Sources also told CNN that the jury had selected a foreperson before breaking for the weekend.

Jackson has been accused of molesting a 13-year-old boy in early 2003. For the past 3 and half months the jury heard from over 130 witnesses and on Friday the eight women and four men were finally given the case to decide which side made a more convincing argument.
