AC/DC Go Digital - Top Story for Aug 07

.
(antiMusic) Up until now if you wanted to download "Highway to Hell" or "Let Me Put My Love Into You," you've been forced to do it illegally. That is no longer the case as AC/DC has inked an exclusive deal with Verizon Wireless to sell their catalog online.

There are a couple of catches. First you will only find digital AC/DC through Verizon VCast Music service for PCs. And you can't pick and choose which songs you want, you have to buy the full albums at about $12 each according to Billboard. The one exception being "You Shook Me All Night Long" which you can download to your cell phone.

Don't fret. There is hope that AC/DC will soon come to your favorite digital music store, eg iTunes etc as the Verizon exclusive deal is only through March of 2008 according to a Billboard report.
