Manes Deeprooted

05/14/07
.
(PR) Once touted for their unique black metal, Manes made an aggressive turnabout for their second album Vilosophe. The change found some fans outright pissed while others applauded the bands boldness. How the World Came to an End finds this fearless five-piece again allowing their collective imaginations open terrain to travel upon. And the end result is inspiring. Featuring artwork from designers TrineogKim (Ulver, Ephel Duath) the ten new songs travel an unexpected path that includes an unlikely blend of genres (trip-hop, jazz, electronica, rock, metal). The track "Deeprooted" from the new Manes album How The World Came To An End is now available for listening at the bands official MySpace profile at the full story link. Additionally, Candlelight USA has premiered another track from the new album "My Journal of the Plague Years" on its own MySpace: www.myspace.com/candlelightrecordsusa - Click here for the Full Story
