"Pop Chart'" is about the music industry ("Who wants to be on the Pop Chart�It's all about the money, so rich it isn't funny"). The video � directed by Evan Bernard (Beastie Boys, Moby, Green Day) � takes cheeky aim at said industry.
NME chose "Pop Chart" as #2 out of the 10 Tracks You Have To Hear This Week (May 23, 2009) calling it "a succinct dig at industry whores" and Eddie Argos of Art Brut says "I saw [Tiny Masters Of Today live] about a month ago they were punk as f**k. I love their song "Pop Chart."
Tiny Masters of Today are set to open for Art Brut at a sold out show at NYC's venerable Mercury Lounge on June 3, 2009. The band also recently played "Youth Against Fascism" (of course!) at the official Sonic Youth listening afterparty in NYC.
"I love this kind of Noise" says CSS's Luiza Sa of "Skeletons" in her VICE guest review column (June 2009). The Brooklyn teen punk sensations (Ivan and Ada) are also featured in Nylon and Paper Magazine's 2009 summer music issues.
