After a sold-out debut bout with the Varsity Brawlers in February, the Swarm schooled the Brawlers with a resounding victory featuring an astounding 30-point scoring half by jammer extraordinaire Sarkastika (aka Steely Jan). The Fight Crew started their 2009 with a heart-breaking loss to 2008 champions, the Tough Cookies, but showed a return to their fight or flight form that won them a previous championship and had fans chanting ?better red than dead.?

The Doll Factory is located at 1910 Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90026 (between Alvarado and Union). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and general parking is available for $8 at Silver Lake Medical Center, 1711 West Temple (near the intersection of Temple and Union), one block east of the Doll Factory.
