The 12th studio album from Oklahoma City's Official State Rock Song authors was the week's second-biggest debut upon release on October 13, which starts at No. 8 with just under 32,000, giving the band their highest-ever chart entry. The Flaming Lips' last album, AT WAR WITH THE MYSTICS, debuted and peaked at No. 11 in 2006 with 48,000 in its first week.
