Their most extensive tour to date, Emcee Sick explains what they're looking to accomplish this time around, saying, "Rocking for fans as well as reaching new peeps is of course the core of what is exciting about the tour. It's always great to explore and get to check out new places in addition to new aspects of places we've already been and love." Pseudo Slang, a group already notorious for having a strong touring ethic, is excited that the release of We'll Keep Looking will allow them the opportunity to stay on the road for the next few months, providing fans the chance to hear their new album live.
Fans can be sure to expect the great stage presence that Pseudo Slang consistently brings to their live shows. Being that the "We'll Keep Touring" tour is so extensive, when asked about why he enjoys the road so much Emcee Sick replied, "Being able to perform the music that you make and facilitate people to gather and have a good time is a great thing. It's great to travel, but the road can be grueling, so the mission of the music is what really fuels the whole shebang."
Emcee Sick of the Xtracts Of Slang and Tone Atlas of The Pseudo Intellectuals joined forces a decade ago and started what was then a side project known as Pseudo Slang. After their debut release The Catalogue, Pseudo Slang switched to full time grind mode, and after landing a deal with well-known underground label Fat Beats Records, Pseudo Slang released the single "Broke and Copasetic," which in turn took their level of notoriety to another level. After touring nationally and internationally, Pseudo Slang finally released their first complete studio album, We'll Keep Looking this past summer. Now, with the album receiving strong feedback the group is following up their release with the "We'll Keep On Touring" tour '09.
