The New York Dolls Plan Special Tribute To Malcolm McLaren Tonight

. The New York Dolls will dedicate "Jet Boy" to Malcolm McLaren during the encore of their London Koko show on April 19th. It is rumored [by their own publicist via this announcement] that the Dolls will be joined by some "very special guests" during the tribute.

"Malcolm meant a lot to the Dolls and to me personally," says Sylvain Sylvain, "I was shocked when I received the news of his death last Thursday. I've known Malcolm since the early seventies, and even after the original line-up of the Dolls split, we remained close friends."

Adds Sylvain � "We're dedicating Jet Boy to Malcolm and we've extended invitations to some British musicians to participate. It's going to be really special. God bless Malcolm McLaren."
