. Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax shared the same stage for the first time ever at Sonisphere festival across Europe during the summer. The show in Bulgaria was shown in cinemas worldwide and has now been released on DVD. "When it first came together a journalist asked James Hetfield about the tour, and he said Metallica weren't really sure about how well it would do, and they'd have to do a little bit more homework on it. "I'm sitting there thinking, 'If you asked me that question I'd say let's do a worldwide tour.' RockAAA.com is an official news provider for the Day in Rock. Preview and Purchase Metallica CDs |
