. DJ GQ Rushed To The Hospital was a top story in August. Here it is again as we recap 2010: On Saturday, August 7, DJ GQ was taken by ambulance from Tequila Ranch at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Hollywood, Florida, to a nearby hospital. He was complaining of chest pains and a rapid heart rate.

He was subsequently diagnosed with PSVT, a heart condition that causes the heart rate to occasionally and unexpectedly speed up, sometimes reaching as much as 200bpms.

Yesterday, Tuesday, August 10, 2010, DJ GQ underwent a procedure to correct this issue. The procedure was administered by a team of top cardiologists and is considered 90% effective and safe. Unfortunately, yesterday was also GQ's birthday and he spent it in a hospital bed, but thankfully he is now at a nearby hospital and expected to make a full recovery. - more on this story
